Job Description

UTL Solar is hiring Field Service Engineers for multiple locations across India. The selected candidates will be responsible for installation, servicing, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of solar, inverter, battery and UPS products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing, repair and maintenance of inverter, battery, UPS and solar products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues at customer locations.
  • Handle field service calls and resolve customer complaints.
  • Perform product testing and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
  • Coordinate with the service team for technical issues and escalations.
  • Maintain service reports and required documentation.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Field-service experience in solar, inverter, battery or UPS products preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
